Evgeny is Director in the Civil Law Department at Cliff. Evgeny has vast experience in M&A, incorporations and reorganization as well as a solid expertise in commercial law, labour law and migration law.

Career

Evgeny joined Cliff in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with a US based law agency, then held a range of positions at Moscow office of one of a Big Four company and later - at a large developing company in Moscow.

Evgeny graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy. He also has a master degree in Linguistics, which he got at Moscow State Linguistics University.
